Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes start at the raw material stage for every product ensuring all materials are suitable. Our experienced quality management team follows our client’s protocols to set up quality standards from the first customer signed sample. From there, preproduction samples are sent to our client for approval with a signature. Process inspections are put in place for on-line to final pre-shipment inspections. Bespoke inspection plans and criteria are presented and agreed for every product.

Our QA and QC process begins when a product is initiated.  Our experienced quality management team qualifies factories through rigorous audits. Only qualified factories will be used for production. Our team then follows customers protocols to set up quality standards including customer signed samples prior to production. All required lab tests must be completed with passing reports prior to production. 100% quality checks are conducted throughout production. Final inspection is performed based on customer confirmed AQL level.
